With more than 25+ years’ experience, Nitsa has helped transform brands with big powerful ideas for businesses like VISA International, Pfizer, Hospitals Contribution Fund (HCF), David Jones, Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, PepsiCo, ANZ, GlaxoSmithKline, St.George, Beiersdorf, Singapore Airlines and RaboDirect.

Nitsa is a great believer in the power of big ideas that disrupt the status quo and the role they can play in transforming and building brands to achieve sustainable growth. Her experience ranges from launching new products for big blue chip brands to helping challenger brands take on leader brands - and win. She joined TBWA in 2006 as an Account Director and in her 15-year tenure she has been instrumental in growing and shaping TBWA\Sydney. In that time, Nitsa also became a mother, travelled the world, discovered her passion for food and cooking and has been a regular guest panelist on ABC’s popular TV show Gruen. In 2021 she was named Chief Growth Officer for the TBWA Group.
