Ellen Cook serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Integer Group, the world’s leading Growth Company, harnessing data to fuel creativity that uncovers, creates and sustains growth for brands. Integer is a key member of Omnicom Group Inc. and Omnicom Commerce Group, and serves as the commerce arm of TBWA\Worldwide.

As CEO, Ellen oversees more than 1,000 data and culture-driven associates in 21 offices around the globe. Their work starts conversations, creates connections and drives conversion that can be measured and optimized in real-time through the agency’s core capabilities: Retail Experience Design, Retail Marketing, eCommerce & Social Commerce, Connected Commerce Media, Brand Communications & Activation, and Technology & Innovation.

Ellen is trailblazer in the commerce marketing space, pinpointing an opportunity to reinvent Integer’s retail approach through a renewed focus on shopper intelligence, retail experiences and creativity. She has invested heavily in data, planning and analytics, and creative talent and resources. Through this strategy, she has been the chief architect of Integer’s rapid transformation and explosive growth.

With over 25 years of experience in marketing strategy, advertising, promotions, retail marketing, agency operations and financial management, Ellen is a highly-collaborative leader involved in each of Integer’s accounts, working daily with industry-leading clients. Prior to joining Integer, Ellen served as a partner at TracyLocke and she also owned and operated The Wiemers Group, an independent agency. Her extensive client roster includes: AT&T, ExxonMobil, FedEx, FritoLay, 7-Eleven, American Express, E. & J. Gallo Wineries, Purina, Four Seasons Hotels, Harrah’s Entertainment, The Container Store, the United States Olympic Committee and more.

Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from The University of Texas. She is married with three children, and serves on the board of directors for the Grant Halliburton Foundation, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to strengthen the network of mental health resources for children, teens, and young adults; promote better mental health; and prevent suicide.
